Information
Cancellation terms:
In case of cancellation 8 weeks before your arrival, we refund the deposit minus an administration fee of 15,- Euro. After that time the deposit expires in our favour. If you cancel your holiday 4 weeks before your arrival (or later), we invoice 80% of the entire price, if the reserved apartments can't be booked otherwise.
Ski depot for free:
In the shops of our partner Sport4You (directly next to bottom station of Gaislachkogelbahn) you're invited to store your ski equipment for free. Consequently you don't need to take care of your skis, boots or poles at all. Give all the stuff to the employees of Sport4You and pick it up the next day.
Travel insurance:
In order to avoid all the costs of your stay, we ask you to contact the european travel insurance. For further information click here: www.europaeische.at.
Bread service:
You are welcome to make use of our bread service (for an additional charge).
Payment
Payment by credit card is not possible! Invoice amount in advance by bank transfer or cash payment.
